Discovery of the day: Chimpanzee Energy Bar

 

I had one of these today at the swimming pool. The one that I chose had the beetroot & carrot flavor. (I know, sounds disgusting. Just wanted to go out of my taste-zone and try something-that looks-healthy) 

These bars keep you full for 3 hours after: 

• spending 4 hours at the gym, doing various exercises,
• and then going to the embassy at the other side of the city using public transportation to vote for the presidential elections 

 When I came home, my stomach felt as if it started to eat itself because of the amount of hunger. That's another case. Still you can survive for long hours with the energy you get from those Chimpanzees! Pant-hoot!
